At Exoticathletica Outlet, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted for faulty products.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

We respect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which includes guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your item is faulty, significantly different from what was described, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a remedy, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact us directly at outlet@exoticathletica.com.au and our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 2 business days. Make sure you provide as much information as possible, including pictures of the issue or fault.
